Using the services means acceptance.

By accessing the website, installing the launcher, creating an account or joining the server, you accept these Terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, stop using Biomex services.

If you are a minor, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian permits your use of the services and any purchase.

An evolving experience.

Biomex may provide a website, launcher, Minecraft servers, user accounts, digital content, community features and support. Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed for maintenance, security or development.

Biomex Network is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or approved by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Keep your access secure.

• Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials.
• Do not transfer, sell or rent an account without Biomex permission.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Access may be suspended when fraud, abuse, security risk or rule violations are identified.

The Shop is part of UCP.

Digital products, ranks and benefits are purchased only through the official Shop integrated into UCP. Price, currency, duration and package contents are displayed before payment.

Delivery and refunds

Digital products are delivered to the selected account after payment confirmation. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law, the nature of the product and delivery status. Contact support before initiating a chargeback.

Benefit availability

Digital benefits are not real-world property and cannot be exchanged for money. Game balancing may require reasonable changes without arbitrarily removing purchased value.

Service integrity is mandatory.

You may not compromise infrastructure, bypass security, distribute malware, automate services abusively or use Biomex unlawfully. Server conduct is also governed by the Rules.

Sometimes the world must stop.

Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical incidents, updates and external causes may occur. We aim to communicate major interruptions and restore services within a reasonable time.

Reasonable limits.

To the extent permitted by law, Biomex is not responsible for indirect losses, external outages, incompatibility caused by unauthorized changes or loss caused by user-compromised credentials. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
