Respect is the foundation.

Play fairly.

• Hacks, cheats, abusive macros, exploits and modifications that provide unfair advantages are prohibited.
• Bugs and vulnerabilities must be reported. Exploiting or distributing them may result in a permanent suspension.
• Griefing, theft and unauthorized access to protected areas are sanctioned according to server systems.
• Automation that harms server performance may be limited or removed.
• Using alternative accounts to evade a sanction is prohibited.

Communication matters.

• Do not spam, flood, flame or abuse capital letters.
• Moderate profanity may be tolerated, but targeted aggressive abuse is not.
• Do not publish personal information, dangerous links or another person's private data.
• Impersonating staff or deliberately spreading false information is prohibited.

Your account, your responsibility.

Never share your password or give account access to another person. Actions performed through your account remain your responsibility.

• Every account must use a valid player identity.
• Selling, buying or trading Biomex accounts is prohibited.
• Report suspicious access to the support team immediately.

Clear and fair exchanges.

Intentional scams, abusive chargebacks and real-money trading between players for server goods are prohibited. Official purchases are made only through the Biomex Shop in UCP.

Context determines the action.

Sanctions may include warnings, mutes, temporary removal, suspension or a permanent ban. Duration depends on severity, history and intent.

Received a sanction?

Submit one appeal, explain the situation calmly and provide relevant evidence. Abuse of the support system may result in restricted access.
