What data Biomex may use, why it is needed and the control you have over it.
Biomex Network.
Biomex operates biomex.ro, the launcher, game servers and, after launch, UCP and Shop. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@biomex.ro.
Only what supports the experience.
Username, Minecraft identifier, email address and a securely hashed password.
IP address, device, operating system, launcher version, logs and diagnostics.
Progress, playtime, sanctions, in-game transactions and server activity.
Orders, products, amounts and payment status. Full card details remain with the payment processor.
Clear purposes.
- Creating, authenticating and protecting accounts.
- Providing the server, launcher, UCP and purchased products.
- Preventing fraud, cheating, abuse and security incidents.
- Support, diagnostics, performance improvements and operational communication.
- Meeting applicable accounting, tax and legal obligations.
Marketing messages are sent only with a valid legal basis and can be disabled.
Strictly necessary providers.
We may use hosting, attack protection, email, analytics, support and payment services. Providers receive only data required for their service and must protect it.
We do not sell personal data. Information may be provided to authorities where legally required or necessary to protect users and rights.
No longer than necessary.
Account data is retained while an account is active and afterwards where needed for disputes and legal obligations. Technical and security logs generally have shorter periods; transaction records follow financial law.
You remain in control.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Layered protection.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including password hashing, access control, monitoring, backups and encrypted connections where available. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Minors must use services and make purchases with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
